Every review comes from a client who has received at least one meeting report. You cannot rate Rapporteur without having used it, and the name shown is the one its author chose to show. Reviews left on the App Store appear here too, marked as such.

Are you a client who has received a report? The invitation to rate shows up from time to time, at the bottom of the screen and in the recording room, and a line goes with the email that delivers your document. Once you have answered, it never comes back.
