You pay per meeting report. Nothing else.

No setup fees, no monthly minimum, no long-term commitment. Your first meeting is free: judge the result before paying anything.

One meeting report covers a meeting of up to six hours.

That is the length of a full workshop day. If your session runs past six hours, we warn you on screen and you decide: start a second meeting report to keep going, or stop there — in that case the minutes are written from what was recorded, and nothing is lost.

Subscriptions

For those who meet every week

Every plan comes monthly or yearly. Personal plans give you two months free over the year; Enterprise keeps the same monthly rate, with no discount. Each is offered as an auto-renewing subscription or as a one-time version you top up whenever you decide. Subscription meeting reports are valid for the period paid, and are drawn at a steady pace — shown on each plan, so you know in advance what it covers.

Questions

What we're asked most often

What happens if my meeting runs past six hours?

A notice appears on screen before the limit. You can start a second meeting report and keep going, or stop there: the minutes are then written from the six hours recorded. Either way, nothing that was captured is lost.

Do the meeting reports I buy expire?

No. Those you buy singly or in packs remain yours with no time limit. Meeting reports included in a subscription, however, are valid for the period paid — the month or the year: what isn't used doesn't carry over to the next period.

Why is there a pace on subscriptions?

A subscription is priced on meetings spread over time. Without a pace, a whole month of meeting reports could be used up in a single day, and the plan wouldn't hold at the price it's sold. Each subscription therefore provides one meeting report at a regular interval — every five days on Basic, every 2.3 days on Pro, every 21 hours on Max — which comes to exactly the volume announced for the month. The interval is written on each plan before purchase, and your Usage page shows you where you stand at any time.

What if I have two meetings on the same day?

You are never blocked. Buy a single meeting report, or a pack: those are available immediately, with no pace at all, and they never expire. They stack with your subscription, which carries on on its own side. That's the way out built in for busy weeks.

What does the annual subscription change?

For Basic, Pro, and Max, you pay ten months for twelve, so two months free (−17%). Enterprise is billed twelve months at the monthly rate, with no annual discount. In every case, the annual volume is valid for one year and the pace remains that of the chosen plan.

What happens when my balance reaches zero?

You can no longer start a new meeting until you top up. The minutes already produced remain yours; they were sent to you by email.

What if the minutes never arrive?

A meeting report is only deducted once it reaches you. If the writing fails, the meeting report is returned to you and we pick the work back up from the transcription already made, without you having to record your meeting again.

How can I pay?

By mobile money, card, or bank transfer, depending on the methods open on the payment page. Enterprise can be bought directly by the payer, who then sets up the authorized addresses, or manually through sales@lerapporteur.com.

Do my meetings stay confidential?

The audio is deleted as soon as the transcription is obtained, and we never receive a copy of your minutes. The full details are on the Privacy page.
