Your email address is the one you verified when signing in. If you use Google, the name provided by Google is also shown here.

Language. The language of the site pages and of the Windows app. Your minutes, however, follow the language you choose when recording each meeting.

Layout of your minutes. Upload previous minutes, or describe your practices in plain words: the assistant turns them into rules, and all your next documents follow them.

Your organization's vocabulary. The acronyms, proper names and in-house titles the writer must spell correctly. It is the setting that improves the quality of your minutes the most, and it costs nothing.

Sign-in security. You can sign in with Google or receive a single-use code in your email inbox. Rapporteur never creates or stores any password. The code expires after ten minutes and at most five attempts.

To use another method or another address, simply go back to the sign-in page. A verified address always finds the same account and the same subscription.

Close your account. Write to us and we erase your data, except for the accounting records the law requires us to keep. You will not be asked for any justification.

The audio does not outlive the document. Your meeting's recording is deleted as soon as the transcript is obtained, and a nightly sweep removes anything that might have escaped the rule.

We receive no copy of your minutes. The document goes to the address you specify, and nowhere else.

What we keep. Your email address, the date and duration of each meeting counted, and your accounting records. Never the content of your sessions.
