It is coming. As soon as it is published, the download will appear here. It will do on a Mac what the Windows app already does: record on your computer, then upload to our servers so that the minutes reach you by email.

Capture the whole computer

Teams, Zoom, or Skype installed on the Mac — not just a browser tab.

The room, through the microphone

In-person meetings: put the Mac in the middle of the table; the microphone is enough.

Replay

Replay the recording of a past meeting: it will be written up like a live session.

Offline

Record without a network, keep meetings on the computer, send them when the connection returns.

For which meetings
  • In-person meetings, the Mac in the middle of the table.
  • Meetings held in the Teams or Zoom app, rather than in the browser.
  • Travel, and connections that drop.
In the meantime
  • The online version already works on a Mac today, in Chrome or Edge — not in Safari, which cannot capture a tab's sound.
  • For an in-person meeting without a computer, the Android app records from the phone.

Install, once published

  1. Download the app from this page.
  2. Open the file and drag Rapporteur into the Applications folder.
  3. Open it, sign in with your Rapporteur account, and record.
