What it gives you
The final report, written
Upload the minutes of the days, the terms of reference, your logos, the group photo and the evaluation results: the assistant writes a professional final report in Word — summary, context, objectives, proceedings, results, recommendations with owners and deadlines, conclusion — in the language of your choice.
Pre-test and post-test
Import the questionnaire and its answer key, show the QR code: participants answer on their phone, every submission is marked automatically, and you read the scores, the distribution and the pre/post comparison.
Daily evaluations, live
One question at a time, with a countdown: answers show up as they come on the room screen — bars, scales, word cloud — like a live poll. Results download as PowerPoint.

- Workshop minutes: start the recording in the morning, pause at breaks, stop in the evening — the day's minutes reach you by email.
- Interactive evaluations: create the pre-test, the post-test or the evaluation of the day, show the QR code, launch the questions.
- Final report: upload the minutes and the documents, describe the report you want, and receive the Word file.
