Nothing to install. You open the site, allow sharing of the meeting tab, and start. Everything happens in the browser, and the minutes arrive by email.

Nothing to install

Works on any computer, including ones you don't administer: an office workstation, a borrowed laptop, a meeting room.

You get the latest version every time you open it, with nothing to download or update.

Two separate tracks

The tab's sound — the other participants — and your microphone are captured separately. The minutes know who was speaking on which side.

Nothing stays on the computer

The recording goes to our servers; transcription takes a few minutes whatever the length, and the audio is deleted as soon as the minutes are produced.

For which meetings
  • Meetings held in the browser: Teams, Google Meet, Zoom, Skype, and all the others.
  • A shared or temporary computer, where you cannot install anything.
  • A first meeting, to judge the result before installing anything.
Good to know
  • Chrome or Edge are required on a computer: Firefox and Safari cannot capture the sound of a tab.
  • If the meeting is held in the Teams or Zoom app installed on the computer, rather than in the browser, no tab carries its sound: you need the Windows app.
  • On a phone, the browser cannot capture a tab's sound: use the Android app.
Download and install

How it works

  1. Create your access, or sign in: your first three meeting reports are free.
  2. In the recording room, click Start.
  3. Choose the meeting tab and tick “Also share tab audio” — without it, the other participants' voices would not be recorded. The picture is never kept; only the sound matters.
  4. Allow the microphone: it records your own contributions.
  5. At the end, stop the recording. The minutes arrive by email a few minutes later.
